Naughty, Not Nice

The Christmas season is about goodwill, peace and love. But someone forgot to remind Ruth Wagner, of Plantsville, MA, that stealing and assault are not nice. While "shopping" at a crafts fair, she allegedly stabbed a woman in the arm with a Christmas ornament.

A vendor at the crafts fair noticed Wagner hanging around her tables and thought she might be stealing because a piece of jewelry was missing from one of her table. When Wagner again returned to the area, the vendor watched as she stole a seashell ornament and she confronted Wagner.

After being confronted, Wagner began to run, trying to get away. The vendor yelled "stop her". Another vendor attempted to block Wagner and that's when Wagner allegedly stabbed her with the seashell ornament.

Although Wagner managed to get away, witnesses saw her leave in a red car and were able to get the license number and called police.

The unidentified victim suffered serious, but non life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital to remove a piece of the seashell ornament from her arm.

Police found Wagner a short time later at her home where she was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.  She was released on a $100,000 bond and her court date is 12/05/11.

Wagner, in her naughty theft, only managed to steal about $91 of jewelry, decorations and other items from several vendors at the crafts fair.

Wager apparently forgot Santa keeps a list and he's "gonna find out who's naughty or nice". So this Christmas, she gets to go to jail and she gets coal in her Christmas stocking for being naughty.

Peace

Dumb People Doing Dumb Things

It seems criminals get dumber and dumber each day. Most are probably on some mind altering drug, including alcohol, but they're still funny.

In the first video, this guy claims he was in a restaurant eating dinner when police were called to remove him for no reason..."Period....Motherf****r" ROTFL

This video is a collection of dumb people doing dumb things:

After their stupid stunt, those guys were crying like girls! The guy is trying to break the glass and both are knocked out...LOL.

In this next video, you meet the real life Dumber and Dumber:

Just regular people aren't the only ones who do dumb things...cops are guilty also:

Going 120 MPH in Cop Car

Have you ever been late for work and sped to get there on time? But, you probably never drove 120 mph to get there.

State Police Officer DJ Watts is driving on the turnpike when a marked, Miami police squad car speeds past her, weaving in and out of traffic at a very high-speed. The car is traveling so fast, the State Patrol Officer can't overtake it. The driver of the Miami police car ignores the lights and the siren. At times, he accelerates and continues changing lanes.

At one point, the Miami police car slows to 78 mph, but speeds up again. After a seven minute, 12 mile chase in the early dawn, the Miami police car pulls over. Driving the police car is a Miami police officer.

Officer Fausto Lopez says he was on the way to a part-time job. If he had stopped when the siren and lights were first used, the outcome may have been different (I hope not). Instead, he chooses to ignore the siren and lights as if they would go away. He apparently felt he was above the law as some Law Enforcement Officers do, but unfortunately for him, he sped past Officer Watts.

Officer Watts pulled her gun, handcuffed and arrested the Miami police officer. Officer Fausto Lopez is charged with second-degree reckless driving. Subsequently, he was released from custody. If you live in Miami, watch out for Officer Lopez; he is back at work because this is "a traffic offense".

Good job, Officer Watts!

Criminals Dressed for Halloween

It's Friday again and time for (drum roll)....Dumb Criminals!  Halloween will be here soon and these criminals are dressed for the occasion.

Adam Ballingall arrested Halloween 2008 wearing a prisioner costume. He was arrested for allegedly smoking marijuana behind a bar.

(Well, he chose an appropriate costume)

Fares Baroudi arrested two days before Halloween in 2007 dressed in "Department of Mental Health" costume for driving under the influence.

(Maybe, he has the right idea and really should be committed.)

Jesse Thornhill tried to run over landlord with a minivan. He was charged for assault with a deadly weapon.

(Wow...horns...really, you devil, you!)

Michael Eugene Campbell initially arrested in 1995 for sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. Campbell has been arrested several times since. Recently arrested for going within 500 feet of a playground or pool.

(There is no mistaking this guy...thanks, dude. Next time he is sneaking around, it won't be difficult to identify him.)

Michelle Allen arrested for chasing children, urinating on porches, and blocking traffic. She was charged with disorderly conduct.

(Mooo, Mooo...that's what cows dooo, dooo)

Raymond Adamcik dressed as Captain American allegedly pulled a burrito out of his tights, and groped a woman at a costume party in 2007. At the police station, he allegedly tried to flush marijuana down the toilet. Charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer without violence and felony destruction of evidence. Get this...he is a family physician by day.

(From Captain America: "There is some guy going around imitating me, trying to smear my reputation.")

Spencer Taylor arrested in 2008 after he saw "The Dark Knight". He allegedly tried to steal poster and memorabilia related to the movie. Charged with felony larceny and malicious destruction.

(From The Joker: I believe whatever doesn’t kill you simply makes you… stranger.)

Poop on the Stoop

School officials at Fort King Middle School in Ocala, FL reported to police that they arrived at school to find feces on the very top step in front of a mobile classroom. Since September 6, police received this same report five times from the school. So after four reports, police setup a video camera to find who or what was defecating on the steps to the building.

Well, at least, he brought his own toilet tissue. Once this video was released, police received two phone calls identifying the man who just couldn't stop pooping outside classroom 469.

The suspected serial pooper is identified as Kenneth Martin Sarsony. Not only did he defecate on the steps five times, but he left a note in at least two instances. However, police are not releasing the nature of the notes saying they will provide more information at a later date. However, they say there is no obvious link between Sarsony and the school.

Detective Mike Bowman says he went to Sarsony's workplace and noticed he was wearing the exact same dress slacks and shirt as in the video from that morning. Sarsony admitted he was the person on the video and says he was in "bad spirits" and also said he "needed help".

Police charged Sarsony with five counts of trespassing on school property. His bond is set at $2,500 for each count. This should teach him that doing what comes natural is expensive when it's done in an unnatural place.

I'm curious about the contents of the notes he left after two of the poop incidents. Why did he only poop outside classroom 469? Apparently, he is not an equal opportunity pooper...LOL

Legend of the Phoenix

A new superhero has joined the ranks of Batman and Superman..."Phoenix Jones".  "Phoenix Jones", a self-proclaimed superhero, "rises from the ashes" to patrol the streets in Seattle with his crew.

He actually goes into a comic book store to change into his crime fighting suit...too funny! Phoenix Jones, like most superheros, has a sidekick, Ghost. Jones, Ghost and the crew may or may not be taking the law into their hands, but they surely risk their lives. It's inevitable that the people he "protects" eventually turn on him. No good deed goes unpunished.

Phoenix Jones, whose real name is Benjamin John Francis Fodor, was arrested on October 6, 2011 and charged with assault. In court, earlier this week, he was asked to remove his mask. Now that he is unmasked, his family is in danger of retaliation from the criminal element he fights.

The crew has been "fighting crime" in Seattle since last year, but it appears they need to work on strategy and technique.

Phoenix Jones may have an overactive imagination, but his intentions are honorable. Although, I'm not sure how I would react to someone dressed in a black and gold superhero suit late at night. Dressed as they are, they could very well be mistaken for criminals themselves.

While it does seem quite crazy to go out into the streets trying to change the world in a bulletproof superhero suit, you must give him credit for attempting to do something about crime.

Note: The legend of the phoenix has been around for centuries with some variations. The supernatural Phoenix lives for 1000 years and then it builds its own funeral pyre and throws itself in the flames. Once it dies, it rises from the ashes and is born anew to live for another 1000 years.

Until Monday,
