Honest Cities

Honest Tea company conducted a social experiment in twelve cities across the country.

An unmanned kiosk was set up in each city. In or near each kiosk, was a sign indicating the cost was one dollar per bottle. There was also a box to place the dollar in...completely on the honor system.  Like me, you may be surprised at the results.  See the stats below.

Teen Impersonates a Police Officer

A Miami teen is at it again.  Matthew Scheidt, 18 years-old, who was arrested last year for impersonating a physicians assistant, is in police custody yet again...this time for impersonating a police officer.

According to police, Matthew was driving a car similar to an unmarked police car. He got into a conversation with the driver of another car and suggested the driver put on his seat belt.

The other driver asked if he was a police officer and Matthew said he was. Matthew was driving a white Ford Crown Victoria (everyone knows police use the Crown Victoria...right), speaking police jargon and using a laptop.

Well, little did Matthew know, the other driver was an undercover police officer. The undercover officer actually spotted Matthew driving in Miami Beach and thought he looked suspicious so he started a conversation with him in which Matthew stated he was a police officer.  He didn't recognize Matthew as a police officer so he pulled him over.

So how was he accidentally released from jail?  This might explain why some parts of Florida are infested with crime...the criminals are "accidentally" released.

Matthew, Sr. seems as confused as Matthew is...should he get him psychiatric help...um mm that would be a big YES. Especially since the clip of him speaking was from Matthew's arrest last year!  What is Matthew, Sr. waiting on...maybe for him to actually injure someone?

While pretending to be a physicians assistant last September, he performed CPR on a patient during a cardiac arrest!  It's also reported he interviewed patients, conducted physical exams on male patients, read confidential medical records, and cleaned and dressed wounds. He hasn't appeared in court yet to face charges of five counts of impersonating a physicians assistant.  His court date in this case in March.

He once was a member of the Osceola future law enforcement officers program. But they kicked him out because he continued to wear items that made him appear to be a police officer...including a badge.  Matthew has some serious issues...he apparently doesn't like who he is so he pretends to be someone else.

Matthew has been doing this type of craziness since he was 14 years-old! Hopefully, he will be placed in a facility where he can get long-term psychiatric care.

Peace

Man Orders Weed at Burger King

When Burger King says "Have it your way", they surely didn't expect this order.

Two guys in Florida stop at a Burger King drive-thru and jokingly place an order for a “blunt and some herbs”.

When they arrive at the pickup window, a cashier smells a strong scent of marijuana coming from the car window. So she writes down the license plate number and contacts police.

Police run the tags, go to the residence and wait for 32 year-old Shawn Porter to come home...and he does...with his Burger King bag.

Police find 28 grams of marijuana in his car. Authorities charge Porter with drug possession and place him under a $1000 bond.

Looks like the joke is on Porter...and he didn't even get to eat his Burger King order.

Psst...Shawn Porter....come closer. DON'T YOU KNOW THAT DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE KILLS INNOCENT PEOPLE?

Two things he probably won't do in the future...make an inappropriate joke at a drive-thru and eat at that Burger King.

Thumbs up to the cashier.

Strippers Visit Inmates in Miami Jail

It's often said that prisoners have it better than the elderly and disabled. Free room and board, free medical care and free entertainment are just some things prisoners are guaranteed. Well, now they've taken "entertainment" too another level and inmates are getting something else..."strippers".

It's reported that lawyers smuggle these very attractive "paralegals" into the prison for their rich drug lord clients.

The women take off their tops, allowing the inmates touch them. One woman doing a striptease for an inmate was actually caught on tape.

In another incident, an inmate and a "paralegal" were caught "in the act".  They were in the Discovery Room (where attorneys meet with their inmate clients) doing a little discovery of their own. They were caught by guards and the Discovery Room is now off limits.

The women are brought to the US for the sole purpose of becoming "paralegals".
This just goes to show, if you have enough money, you can get anything, even in jail.
