John Ernest Cross of Idaho is a real Michael Jackson fan. He wanted one of his guests to perform the Moonwalk, a dance step made famous by Michael Jackson.The man apparently refused, but Cross wasn't having any of that...he threatened to shoot him if he didn't do the dance.
He actually pointed a gun at him to force him to do the moonwalk. That's when someone summoned the police to the home and Cross was arrested.
Cross, 30, is accused of using an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle and pointing it at the man. During his court appearance, Cross said there was no rifle...it was only a pellet gun. His bail is $20,000 and the judge ordered him to stay away from the victim.
Although a Michael Jackson fan, Cross wasn't such a "Smooth Criminal"...Hee, Hee!
Late Night Booty Call
Driving a black 1994 Honda Prelude, he was so excited that he was speeding over 111 mph in a 45 mph zone. Running red lights and stop signs in an effort to get to his date.
However, police interfered with his plans when he was arrested and charged with speeding, reckless driving, disobeying a traffic control signal, disobeying a stop sign and possession of 2.5 grams or less of marijuana. Ramirez, of Naperville, Illinois, was released on a $200 bond awaiting his court date.
Since he didn't show up for the late night booty call, he can probably cross her off the list in his little black book.
Poor Ramirez...he was unable to keep his booty call date, but he does have a date with the judge.
