Getting a manicure should be a relaxing experience, but not for Cynthia Colston, 44, from Deltona, FL. She didn't like the length of her nails and she thought she was being overcharged based on the length of her nails.
She got into a fight with the nail technician, and although she injured the technician, Colston called police.
She called 911 two more times to ask when the deputies were going to get there.
The deputies arrived and while one deputy was inside the salon trying to settle the dispute, Colston again called 911 with him standing there.
If it was such a "minute thing" then why did she call police?
Most likely, she called 911 again with the deputy there because he wouldn't arrest the nail technician. She wanted the technician arrested, but apparently she didn't have any injuries to support her claim of assault.
She says she only called two times and the other times she hit redial because she was using her knuckles. Um-mm...I don't buy the "knuckle dialing"...plus, she spoke to police on both those calls.
If she was assaulted, she should have called police...one time...and sought resolution in a civil court.
Too bad she was arrested...she really wasn't being malicious or rude...she just didn't understand she shouldn't call 911 (four times) for a non-emergency.
Peace
