Fredrick Denny, 61, who apparently thought he was at the Hilton, had already caused disturbance at the hotel earlier in the morning on Saturday.

The Regional SWAT team shut down the second floor of the hotel and negotiated with Denny. Ultimately, police used pepper spray on Denny before taking him into custody.

Denny, still waiting on a response from Paris Hilton, was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation.  His bond is set at $90,000.

He was denied admission to the bar because it was closed. Acevedo-Pineda went back to the parking lot, got into his car and drove through the front door of the bar. Then backed the car up and parked in the parking lot.

He got out of the car, wielding a machete, and went into the bar where he attacked Dennis Troches.

Troches hit Acevedo-Pineda over the head with a bar stool. Employees restrained him until police officers arrived.

Troches was hit on the shoulder and stomach with the machete, but refused medical treatment. Acevedo-Pineda was taken to a hospital and later released to police custody.

Acevedo-Pineda is jailed under a $100,000 bond charged with assault with a deadly weapon, DWI and damage to real property. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a hold on him.
