Ed Gifford, owner of Zia Health and Wellness, said he refused to sell to Garay because he didn't have a card. Garay became agitated. He threatened Gifford with an airsoft gun, although it looked like a real gun. He told Gifford he had his homies with him.
Garay took a swing at Gifford and that's how the fight started. They moved outside to the parking lot where Garay's son hit Gifford in the head with a golf club. Gifford said Garay bit him and his son who also works at the pot shop.
Garay was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and child abuse. His15 year-old son was charged with two counts of aggravated battery.

All that for marijuana...really? Thanks to Garay, his son now has a juvenile record.
A would-be thief was unable to think on his feet; he was lying on his stomach with his head trapped under a door.
Manuel Fernandes, 54, attempted to break into a Rent-A-Center storage facility. He used a bed post to pry open a garage door, but as he was sliding underneath the door, the post fell and he got stuck. Fernandes, of Brockton, MA, said he got stuck around midnight. The store manager found him the next morning around 9 a.m. He was unhurt and talking with the store manager who called police.
Although he complained of a headache, Fernandes had no serious injuries. He is charged with breaking and entering and malicious damage to property.

So what's up with Lt. Paul Bonanca's hair!
While Fernandes was trapped underneath the door, someone should have given him a swift kick! Totally stupid criminal.
Peace
