Dead Snake Bites Man's Finger

Last week, two men were hanging out at the homeless encampment in Mobile, Alabama when genius one saw a snake "swimming down along the creek and everything". He ran "down and hit it with the machete and killed it and brought it up".

Genius two thought it would be fun to play with the severed head of the snake believed to be a cottonmouth. So "he picked the head up and stuck himself right in the finger with it,” genius one said.  “He put his finger in there and all of a sudden the nerves, I guess, and it bit down on his finger.”

When paramedics arrived, genius two refused to go to the hospital for treatment. Paramedics were quickly called back after he began experiencing symptoms from the snake venom.

Genius one is identified as Stacey and genius two is Bo McMahon.

Bo McMahon thought it would be fun to put his finger in the mouth of the decapitated snake, but the joke was on him. Glad he is fine and that he learned a lesson. Stacy, put away that machete until there is real danger and before you hurt someone.

Note to reporter...snakes are venomous because they inject venom; poison is absorbed. However, venom can be poisonous.

Peace
