Dispute Over Dog Poop

It's not strange that neighbors fight, but these neighbors' fight is over dog poop. They were in the middle of a real stinky situation when one neighbor pepper sprayed the other.

Candice Singh says the problem with her neighbor, Leticia Rodriguez, began three years ago when Rodriguez swept dog poop into her yard. Singh says since then, there have been rocks thrown, spitting, and many other acts of vandalism.

Singh complained to police about Rodriguez, but there is little police can do without proof.  So Singh installed a surveillance camera and captured Rodriguez in the act.


Even after she pepper sprayed Singh, Rodriguez continues to sweep poop and appears to sweep it on the victim.

There is one question that just screams at me: who owned the dog?  I'm guessing they both had a dog or dogs.

Singh has her home up for sale; I wish her luck, but the housing market is difficult and now everyone knows she has the neighbor from hell.
