They left the court around 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 25. Lavetta got into Derrick's 2003 chevy Envoy and tried to leave.
Derrick said he pleaded with her to stop. Instead of stopping, Lavetta accelerated and drove with her husband on the hood up the ramp to Interstate 664.
At some point, Derrick jumped or fell from the hood and Lavetta kept driving and she hasn't been seen since.
Derrick said he kept asking his estranged wife to stop the SUV, but he said she stared him in the eyes, but she had a blank stare.
"The whole thing was just trying to hold on because she was swerving left and right. I kept trying to tell her to slow down. She was speeding up and by the time we got up to the 664 ramp, that's all I remember. I was on top, and I woke up in here [hospital]."

Lavetta Graham is still fleeing from police. Police initially believed she was driving Derrick's SUV with Missouri tag number DCIPIP.
However, yesterday police found Derrick's SUV. Virginia State Police said they recovered the Chevy Envoy and they now believe Lavetta Graham may be headed to Ohio. This time in a blue Dodge van with Virginia tag number XKT2768.
Derrick Graham, who is going to be fine, said he is filing for divorce as soon as he gets out of the hospital. Watch the video of Derrick's hospital interview.
Lavetta Graham is seriously out of control and I hope she is caught and arrested soon.
