Protect and Serve

A cop in New Mexico was video taped having sex on the hood of his patrol car, in full uniform and in daylight. Now how crazy is that?  He obviously was not concerned with being seen. Possibly because he knew he would not suffer any repercussions.  If so, he was correct:

He didn't break any laws!  At the very least, he should be charged with indecent exposure or lewd and lascivious behavior.  He was on duty and wearing his uniform. Surely there is some law that governs this behavior. 


I imagine he wore a "raincoat"; after all, he is supposed to protect and serve.
